The vortex module is the key component for high pressure air guns that utilize little to almost no moving parts. HPA flows from a tank into a regulator and turned on an off via trigger. When air pressurizes the chamber projectiles are then pushed out at deadly speed. What makes this so unique is the simplicity ans sustainability; much like a PCP rifle the air supply can be pumped up by hand and requiring no fill stations or the need to buy new tanks. In conjunction ammunition is relatively cheap; as I designed my module to fire 6mm glass rounds a bag of 2,000 is only $8. Looking at the construction itself the mainframe is made from poly-carbonate with the core vortex block rendered by a 3D printer. O-rings lock it in place against the poly-carb body while magnets link it to the main frame of the weapon. To fully understand how this works several videos below demonstrate the power and concept behind this futuristic hardware.
